How far ahead should I order?+
At least 48 hours is best. Larger quantities and weekend events may need more notice.
Can I choose my colors?+
Yes. Add your preferred colors in the event notes at checkout. We will confirm availability before your order is finalized.
Where is free pickup?+
Pickup is by scheduled appointment in the Orlando area. The exact location and pickup window are shared when your order is confirmed.
How does delivery work?+
Add Local Orlando Delivery to your cart for $6.99. It covers one delivery within 15 miles of downtown Orlando. Addresses outside that area require a custom quote.
Do you do in-person events?+
Not at this time. We currently offer pre-ordered balloon creations for pickup or local delivery. Check back for updates as we expand into on-site event services.
